The Plaza Shopping Centre

The Plaza is a free-standing single-level shopping centre located on the city square, in the heart of Palmerston North's central business district. It is one of the Trust's top performing shopping centres with an exceptional trading performance and is a shopping icon for the city and wider Manawatu region.

Kiwi Income Property Trust acquired The Plaza in August 1993.
