Sometimes shopping can present some challenges - finding your way around, looking for a specific store, searching for a money machine, or even looking for a lost child!  Where do we go for assistance?

The Customer Service Desk is located at the base of the escalator/travelator, near the Foodcourt.  Friendly staff are available at all times during the Centre's shopping hours and are trained to assist you with enquiries, directions, community and transport information, lost and found (including kids!), wheelchair and pram loan.

The Centre's has modern hands-free toilet facilities conveniently located near the Foodcourt and opposite Farmers.

For your convenience The Plaza has a separate Parents' Room and Child Facility equipped with a toilet, changing facilities, feeding cubicle and microwave. The centre has two parents' rooms which are located near the Foodcourt and Farmers.

The Plaza also has parents carparking available on level 1 in carpark building 1.
